Ltd is offering the ExpressCard/34 SSD that utilizes true ExpressCard technology with solid state disk (SSD) controller. The model features a read speed of up to 100MBps and write speed of up to 105MBps. Its access time is about 0.1ms, allowing quick file transfer, store and backup as well as fast Web browsing and application load time.
The ExpressCard is built with error correction code (ECC) and wear-leveling algorithm for reliable data transfer. It comes in 8GB or 16GB SLC NAND flash memory with a high tolerance for shock, vibration, humidity, altitude and temperature.
The plug-and-play unit supports Windows Vista’s ReadyBoost. System performance in Windows XP can also be enhanced using a preloaded SSD booster program that improves data caching directly to the ExpressCard. This also allows users to easily set up automatic daily, weekly or monthly data backup to user-specified folders.
The product measures 90x34x5mm and weighs 22g. It meets RoHS, CE and FCC requirements.
Minimum order requirement is 500 units and delivery takes 30 days.
