Synology Extends Warranty on Some of its Business Rank NAS

Synology, Inc. has decided to increase the warranty coverage on four business rank NAS models for their worldwide consumers. "To ensure satisfactory product support and customer service, a 3-year warranty for the latest Disk Station DS508 and Rack Station series models – RS408, RS408-RP, and RS407, is our initial step," claimed Rosiel Lee, product specialist of Synology.

Synology endeavors to respond intuitively to all customer demands and to appreciate their high level of confidence in the entire product range. "By extending the warranty period, it shows both our commitment and confidence in our products," continues Rosiel. "The extended warranty on Synology’s 4 covered models automatically applies to all inventories and to all purchased units with no additional charge for their existing users."

With this new warranty extension announcement, Synology becomes one of the first among its NAS business counterparts to offer a 3-year warranty on its products.

The 3-year warranty applies to DS508, RS408, RS408-RP, and RS407 with immediate effectiveness.
