New Consulting Venture for Michael Kerman

Michael Kerman has founded in February consulting firm CUSP Strategies, "to bring leading-edge thinking, research techniques and operational
insight to mid/late-stage organizations to enable them to evolve to
value-based delivery of products and services". He is president of this new venture.

Kerman was formerly Senior VP Vice-President of North American Marketing at SAP for 5 months only after working during three years for Overland as General Manager & Chief Strategy Officer and then VP WW Marketing and Chief Strategy Officer. He was previously at Symantec and then CA.
