OEM Partnership Between ONStor and Tek-Tools

ONStor Inc., a provider of clustered NAS solutions for primary and value-tier storage for enterprises and content-rich organizations, and Tek-Tools Software, Inc., a provider of IT resource management solutions, announced a global strategic alliance to provide enterprise IT managers with a simple, clear, and accurate solution for optimizing ONStor storage performance. The two companies have signed an original equipment manufacturing (OEM) agreement to integrate Tek-Tools’ heterogeneous storage management software solution, Storage Profiler, with ONStor’s NAS gateways and filers. ONStor will make Tek-Tools Storage Profiler available as ONStor Profiler.

ONStor Profiler will deliver automated reporting and highly customizable, centralized report views across both physical and virtual storage resources to improve peak performance of ONStor storage environments. Customers rely on ONStor NAS Gateways to consolidate heterogeneous SAN storage under a single file management framework. With ONStor Profiler, customers will now benefit from a comprehensive and unified view across the entire storage stack.
