Acacia Subsidiary Disc Link Into License Agreement With Serif

The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas with respect to certain Serif products.
The portable storage devices with links technology generally relates to products sold or distributed on CDs or DVDs that include a link to retrieve additional data via the Internet.
