Hiroshi Hamada COO of Hoya

In a meeting of the board of directors on March 28, 2008, Hoya Corp. appointed a new executive officer, based on the decision of the company’s nominating committee.
Effective April 10, 2008, Hiroshi Hamada, 48, became executive officer and COO of the company, assisting president and CEO  Hiroshi Suzuki.

Biography of Hiroshi Hamada

  • May 2006: Managing Partner, Revamp Corporation (current position)
  • Vice Chairperson, Committee on Educational Reforms, Japan Association of Corporate Executives (current position)
