RAID From EScon Now Available with eSATA Host Interface

From European Storage Concept Ltd (EScon), the DiscPac 4000 Series is now available with eSATA (external Serial Advanced Technology Attachment) external host presentation. No drivers for installation are required.

This is a great choice for small businesses and applications that are in need of a compact and cost effective RAID system. With up to 6 times faster than existing external solutions like USB or Firewire this eSATA solution offers high performance and easy expandable storage.

The 8x hot-swappable SATA-II disk drives easily handle large volumes (up to 1TB each) of data at an excellent cost-per-Gigabyte ratio. RAID level 5 gives you high protection against data loss.
