Price Reduction on Sonnet SATA RAID Solutions

Sonnet Technologies announced a price reduction for the company’s Fusion line of high-performance SATA storage solutions for professional content creation and editing. Price reductions of up to $1,200 give users in the broadcast and post-production industries the opportunity to invest in the speed and capacity they require without compromising quality or performance.

Sonnet’s desktop models are among the Fusion products included in the price reduction. The Fusion D400RAID system is available in 2TB to 4TB configurations in a reduced price range of $2,995 to $4,295, and the Fusion D800RAID system is now available in 4TB, 6TB, and 8TB models ranging from $4,695 to $7,195. Sonnet’s rackmount Fusion R400RAID also reflects new pricing; it is now available in 2TB, 3TB, and 4TB models ranging from $2,995 to $4,295. The greatest reductions have been applied to Sonnet’s higher-capacity models, making it easier for Fusion buyers to get maximum storage for their dollar.

Sonnet Fusion systems are based on cost-effective SATA storage devices that yield no compromise in either performance or reliability. They range from the industry’s fastest 4TB quad-interface Fusion 400Q to the uncompressed 10-bit 1080 4:4:4 HD-capable, 8TB Fusion D800RAID and Fusion R800RAID.
