New Board of Directors and Executive Committee for AIIM

Robert Zagami chairs the Executive Committee.

AIIM announces incoming members of their 2008-2009 Board of Directors.

Members of the 2008-2009 Executive Committee include:

  • Robert Zagami, General Manager, New England, Databank IMX – Chair
  • Jan Andersson, President and CEO, ReadSoft AB – Past Chair
  • Lynn Fraas, Director, Crown Partners – Vice Chair
  • Mike Alsup, Founder and Principal, Gimmal Group – Treasurer
  • Whitney Tidmarsh, Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, EMC CMA Division – Executive Committee Member-at-Large

Robert "Bob" Zagami is responsible for the DataBank sales and production facilities covering New England and Upstate New York. He is the former president of Information Technology, Inc. and merged that company into The Spaulding Company in 1993. Spaulding was acquired in an IPO in 1997 and the assets of that company were purchased by DataBank IMX when this company was founded in 2005. Bob has been an active AIIM member for almost 20 years, and has received several industry awards including the AIIM Award of Merit, the industry’s highest honor, and he is a member of the AIIM Company of Fellows.

Jan Andersson is President and CEO of ReadSoft AB, headquartered in Helsingborg, Sweden. Since 1991 he has lead the company from a two-man start-up to an international business leader with offices on four continents. His company has become the leader in Document Automation under his leadership and he has championed the ability of organizations worldwide to derive business benefits from the automation of their document-based processes. Mr. Andersson is an active member of AIIM, and as well as serving as Chair (2007-2008) he has served on the AIIM European Advisory Trade Member Board.

Lynn Fraas is a Director with Crown Partners, a provider of business content automation products and services. Lynn is a seasoned senior executive with highly-developed managerial, consulting, operations and human resources expertise. Past positions have included Sr. Vice President, Delivery at Empagio and COO / Vice President Consulting Services & Operations at Doculabs, Inc.

Mike Alsup has been a leader in Content Management Systems Integration for over 25 years. He is currently the Founder and President of Gimmal Group, Inc. Mr. Alsup served on the 2007 Bylaws and Awards Committees and us currently an officer of the AIIM Southwest chapter and the Past Chair of AIIM’s Emerging Technology Advisory Group.

Whitney Tidmarsh has over 12 years experience in the content management industry, including the establishment of Documentum. She is the Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at EMC’s Content Management & Archiving Division. Ms. Tidmarsh has been directly involved with AIIM’s Advisory Trade Member group for over six years.

Incoming Members of the Board of Directors include:

  • Greg Schloemer, President, DocuWare Corporation
  • Terrylynn "TK" Train, Document Control Manager, Gambro Renal Products

John Opdycke is the Vice President of Marketing at Hyland Software. Mr. Opdycke has been involved with AIIM in various ways. He is a current AIIM Professional Member and an active Advisory Trade Member. Mr. Opdycke was also a member of AIIM’s Conference Planning Committee and was one of the first individuals to earn AIIM’s ECM Master Certificate.

Gregory J. Schloemer serves as President of DocuWare Corporation, where he plays a leading role in designing and managing the future growth of DocuWare in North and Latin America. Greg brings over 20 years of experience in building and managing distributor networks. Prior to joining DocuWare Corporation, he was Vice President of ALOS Micrographics Corporation, the then distributor for DocuWare in both the North and Latin Americas.

Terrylynn "TK" Train is the Document Control Manager for Gambro Renal Products. Her areas of specialization include document management, records management, email management and paper records management. Ms. Train has been an active leader of the AIIM Rocky Mountain Chapter since 2003 and serves on AIIM’s Editorial Advisory Council.
