Educational Institutions to Get From Open-E a Free Second Version of Storage Management Software

Open-E is giving schools and universities an "buy-one-get-one-free" offer. With every purchase of Data Storage Server (DSS) 16 TB, the participating educational institution will get a second full version of the software at no additional cost to be used for educational purposes. This promotion will continue until June 30, 2008.

"Educational institutions are often in a dilemma: On one hand they want to train their students with innovative solutions. On the other hand, they very often have to do so on small budgets," explains Krzysztof Franek, President and CEO of Open-E.
