VP of WW Marketing at HP Enterprise Server & Storage Mark Hudson Joins BLADE Network

BLADE Network Technologies, Inc. (BNT), provider of network switching infrastructure for blade servers,
announced that the company has expanded its executive team with the
addition of Mark Hudson as Chief
Marketing Officer and Dan Tuchler as Vice President of Strategy and Product
Management.

Mark Hudson joins BLADE as Chief Marketing Officer after 19 distinguished
years at HP. He started his career at HP in the Information Networks
Division, and his most recent position at HP was Vice President Worldwide
Marketing for HP’s multi-billion-dollar Enterprise Server & Storage (ESS)
business. In this role, Hudson was responsible for driving cross-ESS
marketing activities that positioned ESS as the leading storage and server
provider in the market. His key areas of focus included developing and
deploying an integrated product marketing plan and communications, driving
growth initiatives and creating an effective and efficient marketing
organization. He holds a bachelors degree from California State University,
Fresno and a masters degree in Business Administration from Santa Clara
University.

Dan Tuchler joins BLADE as Vice President of Strategy and Product
Management with over 25 years experience in technical and marketing roles
in the networking industry. Most recently, he led product management at
Mellanox Technologies, the leading supplier of InfiniBand products and an
important player in the fast-growing High Performance Computing (HPC)
market. Prior to Mellanox, Tuchler led product management at Force10
Networks. Tuchler’s product experience spans a range of networking product
technologies at companies such as Alteon WebSystems, Wang Labs, and Proteon
Networks. At Alteon, he managed several generations of product lines
starting with the initial launch of the Web Switch. In addition Tuchler has
consulted to numerous Silicon Valley start-ups, developing business plans
and product strategies. Tuchler started his career as a hardware designer
developing networking products. He holds a degree in electrical engineering
from the University of Maryland and a masters degree in business
administration from Boston University.
