Steve Merrifield Elected Chairman of Ciprico

Steven D. Merrifield has been elected chairman of Ciprico, replacing Jim Hansen, but will keep his positions of president and CEO of the company. The
Board also appointed Monte S. Johnson as senior VP and CFO, and Andrew Mills as senior VP in charge of marketing
and development.
