Bob Scroop Resigned From Overland
After 16 years in the company, he is replaced by Mike Gawarecki.

Bob Scroop
On February 11, 2008, a great figure of Overland Storage, Robert J. Scroop, resigned after 16 years in the company. He was its VP of new product delivery and officer.
His position has been taken by W. Michael Gawarecki.
Scroop will remain employed with Overland for a transitional period until August 14, 2008, for the same annual salary of $220,500, and will receive six times this sum when he will quit.
From 2001 to 2004, he held the title VP and GM of the storage resource business unit and then for the automation business unit. He was named VP of engineering in 2005. Before arriving at Overland, from 1990 to 1993, he was VP of engineering of the Cipher Division of Archive and from 1985 to 1990 director of engineering at Cipher, acquired by Overland for $8.3 million in 1993.
Mike Gawarecki
W. Michael Gawarecki brings 20 years experience in production, materials, and operations to Overland as VP of operations. He joins the company most recently from SubMicron Systems where he was VP operations.
Kurt Kalbfleisch
Furthermore, Kurt L. Kalbfleisch has been promoted from interim CFO to CFO at Overland, his base annual salary being increased from $200,000 to $250,000.
