Mike Hedger Non-Executive Chairman at Mimecast
He is the ex-KVS CEO.

Hedger brings with him a wealth of experience in building market-leading companies. He master-minded the growth of email archiving company KVault from its inception in 1999 to its successful sale to Veritas for a sum of $225 million in 2004. His former experience includes a four year stint as EVP worldwide operations at Forte, building the European business before moving on to head up Worldwide Operations and culminating in a successful acquisition by Sun for $700 million. His earlier career included positions as VP Marketing Operations EMEA for Oracle, managing director UK and Northern Europe for INGRES/ASK and successful sales careers at WANG and IBM.
