DS3 DataVaulting’s managed backup offering will allow channel partners to take advantage of growing end-user demand for outsourced data protection. DS3 DataVaulting managed backup will enable channel partners to protect corporate data assets across the entire enterprise including workstations, file servers, databases, and email systems. The Asigra-powered service replaces tape-based manual backup for fast recovery of lost information in the event of system downtime. Secure remote backups and restores are performed by DS3 DataVaulting using the Internet or through dedicated high-throughput WAN connections, depending upon customer requirements. Customer data is vaulted in secure, fault-tolerant AT&T data centers that are managed by DS3 DataVaulting.
