Barracuda SignNow Appliance Brings Cloud Workflow Management

Integration with Salesforce, Office365 and Google Apps

Barracuda Networks Inc. announced the availability of SignNow version 4.0 and the Barracuda SignNow Appliance supporting deployments in both cloud and on-premises environments.

SignNow allows organizations to obtain signatures from customers, partners and employees ins, and reduces document turnaround time.

The SignNow Appliance – available in hardware and virtual deployment configurations – allows users to share, sign and collaborate in a secure on-premises environment. Organizations now can deploy a eSignature solution on-premises or in their private or public cloud infrastructure for control over critical business documents. For example, customers can deploy their own instance of SignNow as a VM, and send all system and process emails through their own email servers.

SignNow’s latest releases come as a part of Barracuda’s recently launched Data Protection Plus initiative, which is aimed at helping customers access, retain and share critical data from anywhere and any device.

Highlights of the SignNow Appliance include:

  • Control of information both in transit and at rest – maintain on site or within VPN, and of retention and access policies and security protocols

  • Control emails through use of existing SMTP services

  • Support use of internal LDAP/AD for identity management

In addition to the SignNow Appliance, the version 4.0 also includes a number of integrations and feature updates designed to help streamline business workflows.

Integration with Leading Business Applications

  • SignNow for Salesforce send documents and contracts directly from within existing Salesforce accounts

  • SignNow for Office365 Outlook sign email attachments on mobile devices and desktops directly from within Outlook, as well as view status and send templates and documents

  • SignNow for Google Apps as an identity manager to automatically provision accounts and provide seamless single sign-on access

 New Features for Senders

  • Suggest Content for Signers – pre-fill text in documents or forms prior to sending

  • File Attachments – request an attachment when sending documents for signing

  • Data Validation – ensure signers complete form fields correctly the first time

Barracuda announced that the New England Patriots had selected SignNow for use across multiple departments. He will use SignNow for a variety of operations such as employee contracts, player contracts, on-the-field programs and vendor relationships.

SignNow version 4.0 is available starting at U.S. list price $1,000 for an annual subscription for up to 10 users.

The SignNow Appliance is available starting at U.S. list price $4,849 for an annual license. SignNow Appliance Vx is a virtual appliance that runs on Hyper-V and VMware environments and is sized based on target number of users. Pricing for the virtual appliances starts at U.S. list price $4,799 for an annual license.International pricing and availability vary based on region.
