Data storage startup Pure Storage taps banks for IPO – sources
Pure Storage Inc is making preparations for an initial public offering, including hiring underwriters, one year after a private placement valued the data storage company at more than $3 billion, according to people familiar with the matter. The company has asked investment banks Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Barclays Plc to lead the IPO, which could come later this year.
