Transcend Information, Inc. released the SDXC/SDHC UHS-I Speed Class 3 (U3) 633x microSD memory cards.

These MLC-based cards reach transfer speeds of up to 95MB/s and offer optimum protection with capacities up to 64GB, for action camera video capture.

Speeds for action cameras
These microSD cards are manufactured with the MLC NAND flash chips, providing consistent long-life durability and endurance. With 64GB of capacities and read and write speeds of up to 95 and 85MB/s, UHS-I U3 (633X) microSD cards are perfect for recording fast-action consecutive shooting and capturing smooth 3D, 4K Ultra HD and Full HD videos. These cards can support action cameras, high-end camcorders, smartphones, tablets and car video recorders. In devices that do not support the UHS-I specification, SDXC/SDHC UHS-I U3 cards offer constant write speeds of at least 10MB/s.

Protection
Company’s microSD cards deliver performance under harsh environmental conditions. For instance, the cards are temperature proof, enduring temperatures from -25 to 85°C, but also waterproof, static proof, X-ray proof and shock proof, offering its users the optimum protection. In addition, the built-in ECC can detect and correct transfer errors.
