With capacity ranging from 16GB to 256GB, both the SFD18SH-M and mSATA H1-M are equipped with the SATA3.0 high-speed interface delivering a continuous R/W speed at 515/180MB/s respectively.

All models within the entire wide temperature range are made with industrial-grade flash chips from original manufacturers to assure reliable and stable disk operation in long-term exposure to sunlight and low temperatures.
 
To enhance data security, Apacer has improved the ECC capability to 72bit/1K bytes for both the SFD18SH-M and mSATA H1-M to upgrade data security and stability. To fulfill the industrial demand for longer durability and energy saving, both models support the DEVSLP (Device Sleep) protocol to ensure energy is effectively used in every minute even after entering low-power condition in standby mode.
