Seagate CEO Stephen Luczo asks $13.5 million for Los Gatos estate
The Tuscan-style estate, built in 2005, occupies more than an acre in Monte Sereno with a main residence, a guesthouse, expansive lawns, a pool and views of Silicon Valley. Lined in dark hardwood, the three-level floor plan features rustic interiors with exposed beams, stone accents and custom built-ins. The 13,170 square feet of living space spans three floors and includes a gourmet kitchen, an art studio, a movie theater, an office, a wine cellar, five bedrooms and five full bathrooms. A top-floor sitting room frames valley views through a curving wall of windows. Records show that the executive purchased the estate in February 2012 for $11.55 million.

Editor's note: Maybe you know that Luczo, 58, married in 2009 Agatha Relota, a top fashion model from Croatia who has been photographed for Vogue, W Magazine, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, and others. He has a tattoo with Agatha's native name (Agata) on him. They have a wonderful house in Kihei, Hawaii in front of the sea. We met both of them them in Paris after the marriage. We confirm Aghata is beautiful and we remarked that Luczo has changed, the former Wall Street's arrogant guy not so at ease with press and analysts being much more comfortable with us than before. Steve and Agatha have three young children: Rosalia Antonia, George Thomas, and Cosimo Josip.
