Nic Scott MD for UK and Ireland, Code42

Code42 Software, Inc. has appointed Nic Scott to the role of MD for the UK and Ireland.

He will draw on his experience managing growing technology companies to spearhead Code42’s growth in the region.

Scott brings over two decades of of IT industry experience to his role as MD. He will be responsible for setting the strategy and accelerating company’s expansion in the region by developing new enterprise relationships, optimizing channel partnerships and driving strategic sales, marketing and operational initiatives.

Prior to joining Code42, he held senior business management and development roles at a number of global organisations and fast-growing technology companies. He served as CEO and president of Americas for Fairsail, provider of global workforce collaboration where he was responsible for a 200% increase in top line sales. Additionally, he served as VP and director at RR3dp and VP at Responsys, an Oracle company.

In addition to its expansion in the UK, Code42 recently opened offices in Silicon Valley and Colorado.

Last year, the company raised $85 million in series B funding led by JMI Equity and New Enterprise Associates, Inc. (NEA) and will move into expanded HQs in downtown Minneapolis in 2017.

Code42 is hiring for several positions in its UK office, as well as its U.S. locations.
