The NetApp suit, which was filed Oct. 29, also names as defendants three individuals – Michael Reynolds, Daniel Weber and Sandhya Klute – who previously worked for NetApp and who now work for Nimble, according to the complaint. NetApp claims that between July 2012 and July 2013, Nimble hired 55 NetApp employees to fill technical and sales roles.
