Nelson Chan Board’s Director, Adesto Technologies

Adesto Technologies, developer of CBRAM, a low power and low cost CMOS non-volatile memory, announced that Nelson C. Chan has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective October 12, 2010.

 Mr. Chan was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Magellan Navigation Inc. and the Executive Vice President and General Manager, Consumer Business at SanDisk Corporation. Currently, Mr. Chan also serves on the board of directors of Affymetrix, Inc., Bridgelux, Nanosys Inc. and Synaptics Inc.
