Two BridgeHead Software Partners Offering HealthStore Independent Clinical Archive

Park Place International and INHS/Engage

BridgeHead Software Ltd announced that two of its foundation partners, Park Place International (PPI) and Engage (a division of INHS) are adding the HealthStore Independent Clinical Archive (ICA) to their technology portfolios.

They will help BridgeHead meet growing hospital demand for HealthStore, an enterprise repository for the storing, sharing and protection of all patient data across the healthcare network.

The first independent clinical archive, HealthStore centralizes and manages the information lifecycle of data, both clinical and non-clinical, across the healthcare enterprise. Offering a single, searchable and standards-based software repository for all healthcare data, HealthStore enables hospitals to deliver on their vision of the single patient record.

BridgeHead HealthStore offers a unique solution to hospitals that want to consolidate patient data in an easily-accessible, standards-based independent clinical archive,” said Michael Ball, SVP, North America, BridgeHead. “It makes perfect sense that our foundation partners PPI and Engage who have installed and supported our healthcare data management platform in over 1200 hospitals are the first to help us bring an ICA solution to their customers.

Park Place International and its dedicated team of professional engineers and consultants provide on premise and cloud-based technology solutions for healthcare, and have a long history of designing and implementing data management solutions for Meditech hospitals.

PPI and BridgeHead are committed to working together to provide solutions that enhance the value of our mutual customers’ investments, provide a realistic path toward interoperability, and result in improved patient care,” said James Fitzgerald, EVP, PPI.

Engage, the IT consulting, implementation and management division of INHS, has more than 20 years of Meditech experience and has partnered with BridgeHead to bring its archiving and data protection offerings to Meditech accounts.

Engage is excited to work with BridgeHead to bring the HealthStore ICA to market,” said Chad Skidmore, director, INHS/Engage. “We are seeing great interest among Meditech hospitals for a data management solution that supports their vision of an electronic patient record.
