Nexenta Continues AsiaPac Market Expansion

Nexenta Systems, Inc. announced that system integrator and cloud specialist Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited, will be deploying Nexenta products across the AsiaPac region.

Asiasoft is an integrator for enterprise virtual technologies and environments, including VMware and Citrix. Deployments will begin with NexentaStor and expand to include the entire Nexenta product line.

It provides cloud infrastructure, virtualization and end user computing solutions to enterprise and mid-size companies with an average of 200-500 end users that are experiencing data growth. As a result, they need scalable solutions that allow them to get the biggest return possible for each dollar spent on storage. Traditional storage vendors’ solutions, once adequate in the past, are no longer viable for these dynamic, multi-platform environments. They are also expensive and have rigid architectures.

Nexenta’s support for a variety of storage protocols and file types, including NFS, CIFS, SAN and NAS allows Asiasoft to more easily deploy NexentaStor across a number of multi-platform environments.
