ArcMail Adding NxSource to North America Channel Program

ArcMail Technology, Inc., provider of email archiving solutions, announced the addition of NxSource Technology, Inc. to its North America channel program.

Effective immediately, NxSource, developer of multi-media customer contact solutions for enterprise clients and contact center service bureaus, will partner with ArcMail to enhance regulatory compliance for its solutions.

As an ArcMail channel partner, NxSource will offer fully-compliant, enterprise information archiving for all of its clients’ critical business communications and data including hosted and server-based email, SharePoint, social media, direct files, Salesforce Chatter and other data sources.  

In turn, NxSource will add value with solutions that improve productivity and lower the costs of call centers in midsize and large enterprises in many vertical segments including loan servicing, government, order placement, hospitals and a variety of other organizations that need internal agents to communicate to the outside world.
