Trusted Data Solutions Acquired UK-Based Altirium

Trusted Data Solutions, LLC (TDS), in data management services, announces the acquisition of Altirium Limited, a data recovery and tape restoration companY in Europe.
 
The acquisition is the latest in a series of five acquisitions completed by TDS in 2016, and the first thus far in the UK and Europe.
 
Based outside London, Altirium has been a supplier of restoration and data recovery services in both the corporate and e-discovery sectors throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
 
“We are thrilled to have the Altirium team join our family of companies,” said Chris Clark, president and CEO, TDS Global Holdings Corp. “This acquisition will help us implement our aggressive expansion plans for the rest of Europe and APAC later this year.”
 
Altirium founders Mark Sear and Brian White, along with their technical team will be joining TDS’s global solutions group, where Sear will head the development of next-generation media recovery and restoration technologies.

Note: in February 2016, TDS also acquired Data Recovery Systems, LLC, in RAID, HDD and tape recovery.
