Rumor: HDS Acquires French oXya

Already partner in SAP technical services and hosting solution

According to French source Channel News, Hitachi Data Systems has acquired oXya.

Founded in 1998 by Frédéric de Belloy, François Détrez and Jérôme Valat, French oXya is involved in SAP technical services and hosting solution. It has also offices in USA, Shangai, Belgium and UK.

It was already a partner of HDS, deeply involved in SAP HANA. Oxya is using UCP Pro infrastrutures for its project as well as Hitachi Content Platform.

The French firm records anual revenue of €70 million and employs approximately 550 employees.
