ePlus Acquires AdviStor

ePlus Inc. announced that its subsidiary, ePlus Technology, inc., acquired the assets of AdviStor, Inc., a storage-focused solutions provider located in Pittsford, NY, on November 14, 2013.

As a result of the acquisition, ePlus expands its existing presence in upstate New York and adds enhanced storage engineering and sales delivery capabilities.

Details of the transaction are not being disclosed.
