Numergy Powers Cloud Service and OpenStack Infrastructure

Scality, Inc. announced that Numergy SAS has selected the its RING as the storage infrastructure for Numergy’s OpenStack Cloud.

Numergy is a provider of cloud services to enterprises, software providers and the public sector in France and Western Europe, with security and certified compliance for hosting of sensitive data like health records.

With Scality’s OpenStack Swift Connector, Numergy can support their OpenStack environment with RING storage’s scalability, resiliency, and performance across many storage workloads, all on standard x86 servers. Available, OpenStack Swift Connector enables customers with Swift-based environments to connect and utilize the RING storage platform without changing their applications.
