Netherlands-Based LeaderTelecom Integrates Dropsuite

To bring better backup and online security to more European businesses

Dropsuite Pte Ltd (formerly Dropmysite), a software platform that enables SMBs in over 100 countries to backup, recover, and protect their digital assets, has partnered with Netherlands-based LeaderTelecom B.V., a telecom service provider and European online security.

By integrating Dropsuite’s range of cloud-based backup solutions, LeaderTelecom is able to expand its service offerings to better protect its clients’ most important asset: their data. It welcomes Dropsuite to its list of partners including Comodo Security Solutions, Inc., Entrust, Inc., and Symantec Corp.

Dropsuite provides an automated and secure platform that enables SMEs to backup and restore website, email, mobile and server data. Its range of cloud-based backup products and services include Dropmysite (website and database backup), Dropmyemail (email backup and archiving), Dropmymobile (mobile backup), and DSE Server Backup (file-based server backup).

The company, backed by investors Hatcher and 500 start-ups, is helmed by former Google and Dell executive Charif Elansari, who is driving its internationalization and expansion, including its listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in H2 2016.

The DR market for SMEs is expected to be worth $6 billion by 2019, according to SME cloud insights (Parallels Research 2014) with 41% of SMEs wanting online backup. Meanwhile, the  market for cloud backup and recovery software is pegged to grow at a CAGR of 12.94%  between now and 2020, according to research and markets.
