Kaminario Has Chosen Xactly

To improve sales operations

Xactly Corporation, provider of cloud-based incentive solutions, announced that Kaminario Technologies, Ltd, a provider of enterprise all-flash storage has chosen Xactly to eliminate its existing manual sales compensation process, provide increased visibility and easily pay its sales people in various currencies.

We looked at multiple solutions in the space, but ultimately selected Xactly for its ease of use, integration with Sale-force and the obvious ROI from implementing the solution,” said Jim Milton, director of sales operations.

Prior to selecting Xactly’s solution, sales compensation administrators were spending days every month calculating payments to ensure accuracy. Despite the significant time and energy put into the process reps still couldn’t determine why and how they were being paid and administrators were spending too much time on tactical, rather than strategic, tasks.

Between the manual adjustments, complex plans and lack of integration with our existing business systems, we knew the time had come to automate our processes so that we could continue to scale and provide cross-company transparency,” added Milton.

Kaminario looks forward to the ability to easily pay in multiple currencies on complex plans while providing increased visibility and efficiency for employees.
