Avatier Corp. announces Data Direct Networks, Inc. (DDN) as  customer.

Boasting more than 15 global offices and massive partners including IBM, HP, Dell and Sony, DDN has been in the HPC market for 15 years. The Santa Clara-based monolith delivers scalable and performance-oriented big data solutions to thousands of mission critical environments worldwide.

Just last year, DDN beefed up their portfolio by offering expert Apache Hadoop analytics. It simplifies the deployment, with integration, flexibility and better analytics.

In order to conquer the challenges of big data and supply data sensitive markets with scalability and HPC, DDN joined customers like Sharp Electronics Corporation and Cox Enterprises, Inc. in their purchase of some of Avatier’s most popular products: Enterprise Password Management System, a scalable system that allows users to set, track, reset and audit password systems in an automated and functioning manner. In using the Password Management System, businesses save time and money on password resets, which account for the number one IT problem faced by businesses across the world. In an interview with GCN, Avatier CEO Nelson Cicchitto explained that Avatier’s Password Management System is more secure due to stricter protocols carried out by the automated system.
