Concerning fairness of sale of the company

The following statement is being issued by Levi & Korsinsky, LLP to all persons or entities who purchased Dot Hill Systems Corp.‘s stock prior to August 19, 2015.

You are hereby notified that Levi & Korsinskyhas commenced aninvestigation into the fairness of the sale of Dot Hill Systems Corp. to Seagate Technology PLC for $9.75 per share in cash.

The investigation concerns whether the board of Dot Hill breached their fiduciary duties to stockholders by failing to adequately shop the company before agreeing to enter into this transaction, and whether Seagate Technology is underpaying for Dot Hill stock.
