1,500 Customer Deployments Last Year for Scale Computing

Scale Computing, Inc. has seen robust growth in 2015 in all areas from funding to headcount, including  1,500+ customer deployments in the filed supporting thousands of VMs.

As more businesses look for alternatives for their legacy IT infrastructures in favor of more simplified solutions, the hyperconverged space has been in demand. IDC estimates that hyperconverged or ‘integrated systems’ is expected to grow to from $5.4 billion to $14.3 billion in 2017.

Some of the recent new customer acquisitions include the County of Paulding in Georgia and the Count of Pitt in North Carolina. Universities such as Auburn University, Stephenson College in Maryland and Barton College in North Carolina have deployed the HC3 as well.
