Sonian Acquiring Webroot's Email Archiving Business

Adding 9,000 customers
Sonian, Inc. in cloud-powered archiving and search, announced the acquisition of Webroot's Email Archiving business.
The agreement transitions Webroot customers and prospective customers of their Email Archiving business over to Sonian.
This announcement extends Sonian's customer base of over 9,000 customers and 4 billion objects and builds upon the already investor and partner relationship between Sonian and Webroot.
With a new EMEA office in the UK, and the addition of new partnerships in Asia Pacific, Sonian will work with Webroot's existing partner channels to deliver archiving to their users.
