VAR Data Blue Acquires Williams & Garcia

Data Blue, an Atlanta-based IT services and solutions VAR and portfolio company of The Gores Group and Platinum Equity, acquired Williams & Garcia, LLC, a cloud platform expertise and consulting firm in Atlanta, GA.

The acquisition follows closely behind Data Blue’s acquisition of LPS Integration, Inc., a VAR headquartered in Nashville, TN.

The addition of Williams & Garcia to the Data Blue team further enriches the organization’s cloud platform capabilities, which reduce complexities in IT and offer a more agile and accessible infrastructure for the customer. Clients will reap the benefits of such capabilities through increased business value stemming from a new model enabled by technology.
