X-IO to Integrate Nexsan E60 Storage Array

Following OEM agreement

Nexsan, Inc. has signed an OEM agreement with X-IO Technologies (Xiotech Corporation) to integrate Nexsan’s E60 storage array into X-IO’s enterprise storage solution.

This agreement allows X-IO to offer customers a longer-term capacity tier in the solution based on Nexsan’s E-Series block storage system. The addition, of the E60 to its portfolio, means X-IO can deliver a cost effective solution for archiving data. X-IO will sell the solution through its channel partners expanding Nexsan’s customer reach.

E-Series storage arrays and expansion units will be deployed with high density HDDs to optimize capacity, performance and cost. This enterprise SAN solution helps handle the data growth and high resiliency requirements in media and entertainment, government, healthcare, HPC, financial, surveillance and service provider sectors.
