FarStone With 10th Gen Total Backup Recovery Software

FarStone Technology, Inc. released the 10th generation of their PC and server backup software, Total Backup Recovery.

It is based on the company patented backup and recovery technologies as seen in previous versions and boasts features including rapid restore, one-click backup, factory image backup, bare-metal restore, defrag backup, and all-in-one scheduler.

Rapid Restore is a quick system recovery when any data and system disasters occurs, such as a virus infection, failed software installation, Windows crash, or user error, like an accidental file deletion.

“Our customer will be able to completely restore a computer (or say a bare-metal restore) in less than 3 minutes instead of 2-3 hours,” said Peter Lin, product manager, FarStone.

The technology is exclusive to the company. When performing it, it restores only those files that have been changed. Thus, reduces the restoration time from hours to minutes.

Defrag Restore is another feature.
