Designed to eliminate all possible causes of downtime, all of the series’ key components are redundant, including the power supply modules, cooling modules, and controller boards. If any of these components fail, they can be replaced without turning off the JBOD and disrupting the system’s operation. With its modularized design, it saves time and increases efficiency.
Ranging from 2U to 4U, AIC hot-swappable enterprise JBOD series with swappable I/O controllers, fan module and 1+1 power supply module for redundant failover, provide a selection of JBOD to the market. Powered by the LSI SAS2x36 6Gb SAS expander IC, the series improves performance while storing and transferring the data. Particularly, the dual control board is designed to enhance storage level with high scalability and availability. It is expected to contribute revenue by end of 2012.
