SANBlaze Delivers 12TB of SAS HDDs in Single ATCA Slot
With Seagate 2TB 2.5-inch drives

Combined with the SANBlaze SB-RTM436, a total of six SAS HDD is supported, providing 12TB of enterprise SAS storage in a single ATCA slot.
Together with the SB-ATCA2020 storage expansion blade, users can now realize 24TB of enterprise storage in 2 ATCA slots.
In addition, the SB-ATCA 2000 and related RTM’s support both SAS HDD and 2.5″ or 1.8″ SSD, delivering hybrid storage configurations for those applications that benefit from a tiered storage approach.
The SB-ATCA2000 is deployed in ATCA systems worldwide, for applications that combine storage requirements with the benefits of AdvancedTCA; space, weight, power and cost saving.
Now with the addition of 2TB drive support, doubling the available in chassis capacity, system designers can eliminate external storage systems that provide 1-24TB of storage for in chassis options, which reduces system complexity, footprint, power requirements, and cabling.
The SB-ATCA2000 supports iSCSI, NAS and SAMBA. Support for 2TB SAS disks, as well as a number of SSD options, is available for the SB-ATCA2000.
