ProphetStor in Partnership With Cavium for All-Flash Array

ProphetStor Data Services, Inc. partnered with Cavium, Inc. to co-develop and co-market a cost-effective all-solid-state storage array based on Cavium’s ThunderX ARM processors to meet the demands of budget-sensitive data centers and enterprises to lower both CAPEX and OPEX for their high-performance applications.

The application-aware storage array, taking advantage of ThunderX’s large core count, memory capacity, integrated virtSoC technology and multiple built-in Ethernet ports, delivers ProphetStor’s Federator SDS technologies that offers intelligent storage management, automation, and a suite of data services to support the most mission critical applications such as database, virtualization, cloud computing, and big data analytics.

Federator: control-path-only software-defined storage controller
