Infortrend OpenStack Block Storage Cinder Ready

Infortrend Technology, Inc. announced it is OpenStack block storage Cinder ready for EonStor DS family to support storage demands in data center for cloud environments.

OpenStack is an open source cloud software that is backed by some of the biggest names in public and private clouds. As a commitment to storage solutions in cloud environments, Infortrend developed a Cinder driver that allows OpenStack clouds to oversee and manage the operations of the company’s storage systems. The driver is fully customized for compatibility with OpenStack Cinder and it ensures company’s storage systems offer reliable and optimum block-level data transfers.
