FusionStorm InfiniStack Solutions’ Converged Architectures in Collaboration With Dell and Juniper Networks

FusionStorm, Inc. in collaboration with Dell, Inc. and Juniper Networks, Inc. announced InfiniStack Solutions, a IT solution stack that combines industry-standard hardware and software-defined networking and storage technologies.

Available in three configurations, InfiniStack solutions help speed the development and production deployment of software-defined infrastructure and help deliver massive, rapid, cost-effective and efficient scalability of storage, compute and networking resources.

InfiniStack solutions include Dell servers and storage systems, Juniper Networks QFX Series data center switches and Juniper Networks Contrail Cloud network automation software. The InfiniStack solutions also include three validated reference architectures for retail, financial services and Web 2.0 applications.

InfiniStack Scality Edition includes the Scality RING software-based storage that runs on standard x86 servers and enables 100% reliability. This creates an unlimited storage pool for file, object and OpenStack applications across geographically dispersed infrastructure.

InfiniStack VMware Edition allows enterprises to build on existing VMware-based infrastructures to achieve more expansive scalability with VSAN and NSX.

InfiniStack OpenStack Edition leverages technology from leading OpenStack community partners combined with Juniper Networks Contrail cloud network automation software to enable an open source, converged cloud that can grow on a virtually limitless scale.
