Pure Storage IPO Range Indicates Little Change in Year-Old Value
Pure Storage Inc., the third-biggest seller of all-flash storage systems, is seeking a valuation in its initial public offering that almost matches what private investors said the company was worth 17 months ago.

Pure Storage, Inc. is offering 25,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. This is our initial public offering and no public market currently exists for our shares of Class A common stock. We anticipate that the initial public offering price will be between $16.00 and $18.00 per share.
