This version gets back lost data from ‘Time Machine’ backups and from ‘Encrypted File Systems’ apart from recovering data that is either rendered inaccessible due to severe volume corruption or lost due to accidental deletion or formatting. It is all-in-one data recovery solution that gets back lost data from storage devices like internal/external HDDs, SD Cards, USBs, CDs/DVDs etc. This version recovers all data such as files, folders, photos, music and videos.
The user interface of version 7 has received an overhaul. It has an improved scanning engine that has enhanced its data recovery capability. The file preview feature has been updated with which previews can be seen even while scanning is in progress without impacting the scanning speed. Support for NTFS, HFS, HFS+, ExFAT file systems has been enhanced therefore, recovery capability is more advanced.
