RackTop Systems Announces BrickStor OS V.15.07

The latest improvements provide administrators and managers real-time visibility to observe data usage, growth and ROI both on premises and in the cloud. With analytics and the OS’s data management capabilities, users can seamlessly, move distribute and consolidate data to meet the needs of the organization.

The management tools actively combat data sprawl – a significant cybersecurity risk. Included with the latest release are upgrades to the myRack manager, a modern friendly GUI that allows users to manage all of their company’s appliances from a single pane of glass. Customers can take action at a global level and search for files across all of their RackTop appliances with one click. myRack manager is designed to eliminate the customer’s lack of visibility into their data and systems by elegantly displaying the most important and relevant information.

With data protection governed by business policy, the intelligence built into BrickStor OS ensures customers will never miss a backup window again. By leveraging storage profiles and zero footprint snapshots, RackTop is making it efficient to protect data. BrickStor’s native data protection policies results in reduced spending on backup licensing, software integration and backup administration.
