NovaStor AG announced that beginning on, October 30, 2015, all online purchases of NovaBACKUP PC v17.1 in the Americas, Eastern Asia and Australia will include complimentary US-based phone support and free upgrades.

The NovaBACKUP PC product for small offices and advanced IT users will be offering a PC data protection package, with coverage for up to 3 machines through software, live phone support, and free upgrades to latest versions.

While already providing the backup solution for PCs/Laptops/Workstations, this step takes the experience to a new level – with total data protection for the PC user. Customers will have the ability to call a US-based/in-house support line and receive personal and professional support from 8am to 5pm PST.

Additionally, upgrade protection is included as standard equipment.
