Cloudian Updates HyperStore Hybrid Solution to V4.0

Cloudian, Inc. introduced HyperStore version 4.0.

The on-premise open hybrid solution offers integration, data migration, and application compatibility with Amazon Web Services. It is suited for archive data, backup, mixed content sizes, and multimedia applications.

It supports existing S3 application and allows customer choice in deploying applications and storage on- and off-premise in the cloud. The release adds NFS support, dynamic data tiering for easy data movement to and from the cloud, erasure coding for deep archive efficiency and flexible redundancy, portability, and multi-tenancy, which gives role-based access to system and group administrators and users. It supports quotas, reporting, and billing at the group level.
