Panasas, Inc. has hired industry veteran Thomas Geissler to lead sales in Central Europe.

 He will work closely with the Panasas technical and support team, as well as local channel partners across Central Europe.

Through these local alliances, Panasas is positioned to further strengthen its growth in this market.

The recent order from Helmholtz Centre Potsdam GFZ – German Research Centre for Geosciences via Megware Computer Vertrieb underlines the company’s success in the region.

Having world-class channel partners has been critical for the Panasas European story.

With the recent addition of RAID-6+ and ActiveStor16 to its portfolio of hybrid scale-out NAS solutions, Panasas is positioned to capitalize on business opportunities in the region.

The recent German order means GFZ joins a long list of Panasas customers that includes illustrious names from the world of motor racing and aircraft manufacturing.

Panasas collaborates with leading reselling partners in the Central Europe region such as DALCO, E4, HP, Megware, Science + Computing, and Transtec.
